How one rises
Ten ranks across four tiers, from Pledge to Chief Librarian.
Rank in the Assembly is earned, not granted. The Path of Ascension is written down so that no advancement is mysterious and no member is left guessing where they stand. Read it openly. Each rank below is described in its own words, and applies evenly to every keeper.
Pledges are unofficial members of the division who have recently passed the Librarians' Assembly application. They have full access to the Librarian robes and team. Pledges have one week to achieve Student and be accepted into the Assembly as a bonafide member.
Students are full-fledged members of the Librarians' Assembly. The first of the low ranks, they may begin working towards advancing in the Assembly.
Librarians are low-ranks of the Assembly who have begun to prove themselves as members. They may now gear up for the rank of Intellect.
Intellects are the first official middle-rank of the Jedi Librarians' Assembly. They have gained enough knowledge and maturity to co-host training sessions.
Tutors are highly respected and have gained much knowledge within the Assembly. They are permitted to assist the High Ranks.
Lore Keepers are dedicated members devoted to the study and curation of the Jedi Archives. Strong scholars fulfilling the calling of wisdom and knowledge.
Archivists are the Senior High Ranks of the Assembly. Held to the highest level of critical thinking and team management, they take charge in managing both the Assembly and the High Ranks, acting as mentors to all.
The Historian is a highly respected rank within the Jedi Order, acting as a role model to those of lower rank. They assist the Curator in overseeing the High Ranks, and report directly to the Curator of the Archives and Chief Librarian.
Curator of the Archives is the second-in-command of the Librarians' Assembly. This person directly oversees the High Ranks and reports to the Chief Librarian.
Chief Librarian is the highest achievable rank, in first command of the Librarians' Assembly. This person oversees the Assembly, the Jedi Archives, and serves on the Council of First Knowledge.
